Digital Books:

Our digital edition saves on shipping cost and time. It is available with instant access in any area. You will be redirected to our digital book site to purchase and access this book. It is accessible by web browser or the Kajabi app.

Domestic Orders:

We use USPS Flat Rate Priority Mail, which has tracking and delivery confirmation. It arrives in 4-6 days, depending on your location. It may be delayed in some areas. We cannot guarantee turnaround time from the time the order is placed until it's shipped, but we do our best to ship promptly, provided we have books in stock. We recommend that someone receive your package upon its delivery. Please make sure the shipping address is correct before placing your order.

International Orders:

We ship to Canada using USPS Priority Mail International.

Our UK customers can order through our distributor MandiMart. MandiMart also ships to EU countries. Please Refer to MandiMart shipping policies, as we have no control over orders placed through the site.

We are unable to ship to other countries due to high costs and extensive delays. Please purchase our digital book for instant access. 

Return Policy:

Generally, we do not accept returns because books are purchased knowing the general nature, purpose, and subject matter. We do inspect each book before shipment to ensure its condition, however if you receive a book that is damaged or defective please contact us. If an order has been placed that you did not authorize, you must email us immediately so it can be refunded before shipping.

Disclaimer: 

We are not responsible for packages once they leave our warehouse. All books are new and packaged appropriately. We are required by PayPal to ship to the address you provide when placing an order. It is your responsibility to make sure the order has the correct address before it is shipped. We do not reship at our expense for orders with the wrong shipping address.
