Get Started — 3-Session Parent Strategy Package + Tools
This package is for parents who know there is more going on than “just behavior,” and who want careful, steady support to start seeing real changes in daily life – not just new lab results or one more protocol to try.
You may suspect heavy metals, gut issues, or nervous system overload are part of the picture. You’ve seen doctors, maybe tried biomed or diet changes, and you’re still left wondering what’s truly making a difference. You want to move forward in a way that actually improves your child’s quality of life at home and feels doable for your family.
Over three focused sessions, we work together to watch your child over time, make targeted adjustments, and see what truly helps (and what doesn’t), using quality of life as our main guide.
What’s included:
- Three 60-minute 1:1 sessions to be used over about 6–8 weeks
- Treat What You See workbook to help you organize symptoms, patterns, and priorities without getting lost in the details
- Digital progress journal so you can track shifts in behavior and symptoms in a simple, visual way
- Brief intake form so we can spend our time on decisions, not catching up
- Session-by-session notes with the changes we’re testing and what to watch for
- Email check-in between sessions for quick questions about how your child is responding
How we use our time together:
- Session 1: Clarify your child’s current picture, what you’ve already tried, and choose a very small number of changes to test first, using the workbook and journal to keep it manageable.
- Session 2: Review what changed (or didn’t), adjust steps based on your child’s quality of life, and decide what to add, hold, or remove so we are moving toward calmer days and clearer behavior.
- Session 3: Look at the overall pattern, decide what’s worth continuing, and map out next steps so you have a solid plan for the next few weeks instead of another round of guessing.
You’ll leave this package with:
- Clear front-runners — a better sense of which supplements, diet changes, or gentle detox supports seem to be helping your child, and which are just adding noise.
- Visible wins to watch for — specific quality-of-life markers (sleep, mood, flexibility, language, etc.) so you can see when things are genuinely improving.
- A simple written plan for the next few weeks, grounded in your child’s real-life response, not just lab numbers or online opinions.
- Tools you can keep using (workbook and digital journal) to track patterns and guide decisions over time, so each change builds on the last instead of starting from zero.
This package is about creating steady, noticeable progress by making a few wise moves at a time — with structure, feedback, and tools that make it feel possible, not overwhelming.
